Hello all new bidders on these wonderful bookends. They are the original pair that auctioned in August, but unfortunately the high bidder did not pay for them Everyone gets another chance to get these at a great price! Thanks for your consideration! Wonderful older pair of bookends. Not the traditional Abraham Lincoln bookends that are usually seen, this pair is the young Abe Lincoln. They measure 8-1/2" tall and are made of a molded material. Quite heavy and although they are not metal, they have a metalliclike finish. He is sitting on a stump and has an open book in his hand, his axe and his dog at his side. Very nice condition with lots of detail. High bidder to pay actual shipping. I have estimated the weight of the box, and if the high bidder would like, I can wrap and weigh to get an exact amount after the auction. Thanks and Good Luck!
