THANKS so much ! FOR LOOKING AT THIS WICKED GOOOD FIND!! Today , I am listing a set of dishes piece by piece . This is HAND PAINTED MEITO , MADE IN JAPAN IT WAS MADE IN THE LATE 1930'S AND IS PORCELAIN. THIS IS A PARTICLARLY PRETTY PATTERN CALLED MARIE . IT HAS GARLANDS OF PINK ROSES CASCADING BETWEEN LACY LIGHT BROWN POINTS. .The rim is a creamy almost yellow with a white center. Gilt trim on the rim These dishes are in awsome condition .Check out the detail pictures of this beautiful design! It is hard to even find a utencil mark. It looks like someone had them carefully protected in the china closet for the last 60 years . This listing is for 12 soup bowls in the Marie Pattern . The soup/ ceral bowl measures 7 3/8 " and is in wonderful condition. T are no chips, cracks or crazing. Very delicate and is a close match to many other Meito patterns. This will be a really nice addition to your collection and just in time for the holidays. we will combine shipping whenever safe to do so .
