We've just purchased a whole truckload of authentic LORD OF THE RINGS items leftover from the United Cutlery bankruptcy! Keep an eye on our auctions for more rare LOTR goodies. United Cutlery Brands "Museum Collection Limited Edition Sting Sword", 20.0" overall, 14.625" sharpened high-carbon spring steel blade, hardwood handle with silver vine onlay, genuine silver-plated solid metal guard and pommel with a weatd and distressed finish. Excellent attention to detail. No display case and no certificate, as these are leftovers from the unfinished Limited Edition of 3000. This Museum Edition sword made in Spain is much higher quality than the basic made-in-Taiwan version originally offered by United. This sword is serial number 1853. Retail $748.95 CONDITION: Sword is in PERFECT condition, still in the oiled paper wrap to protect the carbon steel blade, and still in the original, plain white cardboard box. Unlike the regular United Cutlery LOTR items from Taiwan/China, these high-quality Museum Edition swords from Spain were not packaged in colorful boxes.
