1948 Champagne Bucket By Elkington For Cunard Steamship. Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.Made in 1948, it's in a pattern called "Plain Pine", which was chosen by Elkington plate in 1936 for use in the new Queen Mary. It proved so popular that it was then used fleet wide on all Cunard White Star Liners until the late 1960's. Given its date it was possibly it was produced for the RMS Caronia which came into service the following year.Approx 8.5" wide and 10" tallHas marks throughout from use on the steamship.
