THIS MODEL SOLD OUT LONG AGO! Like Chevrolet, 1955 was a banner year for Pontiac . The staid image was now gone. The ride height was lowered by 3 inches, the hood was lengthened and it was no powered by the “Strato-Streak” V-8 engine. About the only thing left from precious Pontiacs were the 2 chrome “Streaks” down the hood and the “Indian Head” Hood ornament. With the two-tone paint schemes and gobs of chrome t cars were outstanding. The ’55 was one of the prettiest Pontiacs ever produced. This one is a knock-out painted Carlsbad Black over Avalon Yellow! It features a working suspension, tilting seatbacks and gorgeous paint. I t also has a fully detailed engine and nice interior/dash detailing. This car was a Limited Edition model, one of 5000 units Franklin Mint made. It was made before FM started placing numbered plaques inside the trunks. I believe the only other LE model FM made without a number plate is the blue/blue 1955 Ford Sunliner. This is a rare car that is absolutely stunning and should not be missed. This car is in MINT CONDITION and probably has never been displayed . It comes with the Hang Tag and is packed in the Styrofoam Liner and Outer Shipping Box . T is no paperwork. Don't miss this terrific car, you may never see another one that is NEW IN THE BOX like this one. You won't be disappointed As always, I read more
