Unfinished Doll's House. Professionally built and wired for lights by Acorn Crafts. The roof is wooden tiles. Stairs and finishing "fancy bits" are included. It has been in proper storage for some time waiting for me to finish it!!!!! I have decided this is never going to happen!!! It is approx 32" wide 20" deep and 32" high and heavy hence collection only. Included are various bits and pieces pictured which includes Transformer,Heidi Ot Doll and very nice lights. There is also some paint if you want to use the same colours. This would make a lovely Christmas pesent with a little work. The instructions for finishing are complete and included. Collection only. Cash on collection
