This is a catamaran style boat hull that looks awesome with the removable hatch showing the driver and navigator suited up and ready to take on the water ! This was originally a Dual Inline Motor Setup electric boat by Great Planes and if you ever had one of their early electrics you know how fast they were . They had a simple servo driven speed control and when you hit it wide open both batteries were at full juice and it would scream to be an electric ! The boat that was before this one had twin motors side by side and it was my first electric boat powered by two 7.2 batteries with the same servo driven speed control and it was really fast and the motors had a distinct sound as when you revved it up you could hear the hull resonate and it sounded awesome ! When i first dropped it into the water and kicked it full blast I had to stop and say ...Dang ! It was so fast to be so simple ! Enough of that so let's talk about this one ! it would be an awesome boat to use the brushless motor set-up as it measures just under 30 Inches long and the cat Hull is super Fast so I feel it would be a good combo ! It is amazing how fast the brushless systems are and they are taking over the electric boat scene by far ! There are some electronics I was going to remove such as the speed control but I will leave it all in as well as the servos and receiver
