Original, 1930s Double Lady Frankart lamp with 8" crystal, crackled globe. Statues in original Verde or Roman Green, with heavy green crackled glass globe. The base is stamped FRANKART INC . Untouched, original condition. Artist: Arthur VonFrankenberg of Frankart, Inc. Lamp: #L230 Dimensions: 10" deep, 5" tall (head height), 9.5" tall (with globe), 6" arm spanFrankart, Inc., located in New York, New York, produced nude dancing lady lamps, ashtrays, and other decorative Art Deco items in the 1920s and 30s. Frankart, Inc. is linked to American Art Deco "femme fatale" statuary. The sculptures designed by Arthur von Frankenberg were never equaled by any of his American contemporaries.
