ITEM: Another very rare badge! Original Japanese Fire Brigade Foundation contibution merit badge. This is from the Hokkaido Firemen's Foundation Association. It is heavily enameled and was obviously an expensive badge to produce. Comes with a green velvet display case too. It measures about 2 inches from top to bottom.
