LEGO 10182 : Cafe Corner Modular City Details Quantity - 1 Condition - Excellent/Like New Sealed New - No Information Complete with Instructions (no box). I bought this brand new when released and assembled 1 time for display. Kept together and stored since. Adult Collector in Smoke Free Home! Pieces are in Excellent/Like New condition with minimal wear and still Shiny! No teeth marks or damage to any pieces. Instructions have light wear but in book 2 the middle 2 pages have seperated from the staple spine. The pages themselves are in great shape When I inspected the pieces, I was missing 1 piece and had to replace it. Unfortunately, the colors in this set are slightly different from the standard LEGO colors so the replacement 2x2 flat tile is dark grey, while the dark grey from this Cafe Corner is slightly lighter in color (You can see the difference in the picture of the top of the tower). I have also included about a dozen extra pieces as well that came with the set. The Grey's, White's, and Browns are slightly different shade from the standard LEGO colors. Wills ship partially dissassembled. Was displayed only and never played with, so there was some dust which I cleaned off. There will still be some light dust in corners and hard to reach areas.
