Medal with chain: Mussolini " Oro alla Patria! ",1935 This medal and chain, is from the year 1935 .Year in which Italy was sanctioned by the League of Nations ( the future UN) for invading Ethiopia. To cope with the economic effort at the Duce asked Italians to donate their gold wedding ring. All responded to the call of Mussolini, and epic ceremonies took place in the delivery of gold. This medal , in particular, was given personally by DUCE in "Altare della Patria", in Rome. Only in this ceremony. Sadly, there is not the ring that it was made of brass or iron , and it was linked to the small hook that is on the chain. The material is brass , the conditions are good .
