~0~ Mutoh Drafter model E-16 drafting machine and instruction manual in very good, used condition.Comes with the two acrylic plastic scales or rulers to be attached according the included instructions. The arms are 20" long. Also included is the clamp and a sealed bag with an accessory kit for use when replacing broken bands. The drafting arms move smoothly and have good spring action. I've checked the machine over and can't see any problems with it. Please see the pictures for the best description. This item weighs 7 3/4 lbs when packed for mailing. Shipping Prices: High bidder to pay $19.00 USD for Expedited Parcel to the U.S.A. For Canada we will need a Postal Code to quote, but as an example, mailing within B.C. will cost $12.00 CAD and to Ontario will cost $16.00 CAD. International Surface/Seamail (outside N. America) will cost $40.00 USD. It can take 4-6 weeks to the U.K. and up to 10 weeks for delivery to further locations from Canada. Thank you for your bids!
