This beautiful vintage piece of Limoges was found in a house that my in-laws bought about 30 years ago, and they have kept it until now - it's time to downsize their collections from their non-smoking home! I believe this is a cider pitcher; it measures about 5 1/2" high, the opening is about 3 1/2" across, and it is about 8" wide at its widest point. The colors are gorgeous shades of greens and teals, with cream and deep pink roses. T is gold trim around the opening and lip of the pitche3r, and also gold trimming the beaded trim along the handle. The bottom reads "J.P.L. France", and the year "1901" is painted on. One tiny flake of gold is off on the rim, but otherwise no chips, cracks or other damage - in wonderful condition.
