I am going to try and be as honest and open as I can be about this item. This belong to my mother, which absolutely loved Cameo Jewelry. I do not know anything about this item, except to say that I remember my mother having this back in the 1970. I do not know if the Large Lady with a large pony tail Cameo is made of Pearl,or Ivory. She lays on a round Black slate.She is very detailed. I do not clean Jewelry, I believe this lighter to be both butane and flint. But, I am not really sure. T are two places. One looks like butane, and t is another place with alittle gold screw. After laying in a drawer all these years, when I click it.... t seems to be a flicker t as if to say, you fill me up and I will light. The back has little scatches and dens, not many, and not really noticeable. The back is also Black. The gold metal on it shines, even after all these years. I do not see much wear and tear on the gold trim. I cannot see any scatches on the gold. The sides are of gold fine lines. I am trying to describe this, but, it is a very nice piece .On the bottom of the lighter it says CAMEO Japan H<---->L, I do not know what these mean.
