This is a very ornate vintage cast iron Aladdin Table Lamp. It has a golden patina with a very ornate finial with four (4) amber slag glass panels. These panels are smooth on the outside and textured on the inside, which gives it its vibrant colors when lighted with a 15 watt bulb. The lamp has been re-wired and still retains its original features including the classic red and black on/off button switch. T is some paint wear and t, but this does not detract from the overall beauty of this magnificent lamp. The base has a residue of some glue substance probably left over from a felt pad, and this has been partially cleaned off and removed. T are markings on the base of 163 which is consistent with the markings of a typical Aladdin Lamp.
