I bought this awhile back for my video business. I used it about 5 times. It's in near perfect condition. There is only spots of fingernail polish on each part to remind the operator where each piece goes. (match color for color). There are no scratches on the unit. I comes complete in a nice case. I'm throwing in the remote LCD monitor with hood. Feel free to contact me if you have any further questions. I used this on my EZ-FX Jib. It has been well taken care of. it's only had a Sony Z1U mounted on it. (camera not included) case is slightly different than one listed on Varizoom's site.
