The dog's back is a bowl. I have seen this piece described as a pet food bowl, but I wonder if this is actually it's purpose since it is a vintage piece of art pottery. Though, I know how we all love our pets, and why not let them enjoy their food in a vintage art pottery dish! After All, the upcoming year of 2018 is the year of the dog!! This bowl is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or defects and has been very well maintained.
