WWII Japanese SENNIN BARI (1000 stitch belts) Condition Made of cotton.Since it is old,it has some stains.This is the belt with which the soldier who goes to a battlefield was presented. A lot of women stitched for soldier's good luck. The soldier was wrapping this around the abdomen. Two kanji characters were stitched. This is "SEKISHIN. " This means sincerity. Akasaka Teiichi san owned this belt. WWII Japanese army celebration banner(small type) Three small Chinese characters mean "Training section". I think that this is a sender of this belt. Please see pictures.
