These are from the federal reserve bank of Boston M assachusetts. They are wrapped in plastic as seen in the picture. The brick you see is the actual brick you will receive. The brick contains brand new uncirculated bills never touched by anyone. All of the serial numbers are in order (not including the star pack) Th e RADAR bill A022000 220A is in the third pack in from the front. The STAR pack is the 6th pack i n from the front and includes 100 Star bills in order. These bills are sealed in the brick.
