Many years ago I had a custom ring made, and this was the scrap that was left over, as the mold the jeweler made didn't require all of it. To the best of my recollection, everything that I had melted down was 14K, but I'm not sure if this is lower purity since it's scrap from the process, or how that works...PLEASE BID ACCORDINGLY, this is sold "AS IS, purity is a question mark" ; I am not a goldsmith, and I have no way of testing this. I am including a bonus piece of scrap that contains gold and some very small diamonds @ .4 grams; this came from one of the rings I used in having my custom ring made. Sold "AS IS", scrap only.
