1845-1917 BUFFALO BILL CODY, DENVER MOUNTAIN PARKS Lookout Mt. LUCKY NICKEL MEDAL in used condition. The obverse and reverse are in very good condition, but there are some dents on the edges.Medal measures approx. 2 1/2" in diameter and features an image of an American Buffalo / Bison on the reverse similar to that seen on the Buffalo Head Nickel with text above that reads "Lucky Nickel". The obverse features a bust portrait of William F. "Buffalo Bill" Cody flanked by the dates "1846" and "1917". Text below the portrait reads "Col. Wm. F. Cody". Below the portrait is a view of Buffalo Bill's grave on Lookout Mountain. Text around the edge of the obverse reads "Denver Mountain Parks / Lookout Mountain Colo".
