Check the feedback,buying and selling 5. Older graded coins were held to different standards a PCGS 65 from the 1980’s would grade a 62 or 63 today 6. If you find a dealer you trust, stick with them J 7. Real Morgans will not stick to a magnet 8. If someone is selling COAs without the coins, then they should not be trusted, they are encouraging dishonest selling practices(birds of a feather) 9.
