1950 Mexico "Southern Railroad" 5 Peso - Silver Lot 2 This Mexico 5 peso coin is .72 silver and weights 27.8 grams (KM 466). The coin is a one-year-type commemorative coin dedicated to Opening of Southern Railroad and a real collector's favorite. The coin is uncirculated. The reverse features Radiant Sun flanked by Palm Trees above Train; while the obverse depicts impressive National Coat of Arms - Eagle catching the Snake.
