This auction is for a Lionel Promotional Engineer Hat plus original 1952 Postwar Lionel Promotional Engineer Hat Railroad Pins in Excellent (C7) condition. The 7/8" diameter pins were manufactured for Lionel by the Green Duck Company of Chicago. These are the fold-over "campaign-style" pin that accompanied Lionel's 1952 promotional engineer hat. The set includes pins from the Pennsylvania, Union Pacific, Santa Fe, Erie and C&O railroads. The Lionel 2058 Dealer Promotional Engineer Hat appears to be used but undamaged. This hat with the word "Engineer" silk-screened on the brim is from 1952 and is a Medium.Be sure to visit my other Lionel postwar train auctions on eBay.
