Long held in a private collection and certainly the finest that I have ever seen is this FULL UNOPENED 1959/1960 can of the locally popular beverage YOO-HOO Chocolate Flavored Beverage (Carlstadt, New Jersey) featuring pictures of the collectible bottle caps available on their bottled beverage at the time featuring New York Yankees greats, Mickey Mantle, Yogi Berra, Whitey Ford, Bobby Richardson, and Tom Tresh. While slight dings and scratches may be present, this is about as nice a Full can as I would expect anyone to be able to find and certainly is the nicest that I have seen. For the baseball, Yankees, Mantle, Berra, Ford or YOO-HOO collector who feels they need everything this is truly a rare find to add to your collection. The Yoo-Hoo beverage actually invented in the 1920's became one of the most popular children's beverages of the 1950's and 1960's upon Yogi Berra becoming friends with the company owner. Not only did Yogi Berra become synonymous with Yoo-Hoo but so did the New York Yankees. Berra introduced many other Yankee players to promote the beverage; particularly Mickey Mantle who would appear in many prominent, historic and now very collectible and valuable Yoo-Hoo ads; including his presence on one of the very bottle caps displayed on this can.
