1959 Franklin Proofs in raw condition with cameo contrast excellent on both sides of the coin, are difficult to find, for the most part. I think I see, about 5-7 real nice 59` Franklin`s over the course of the year. This 59` Franklin has a Frosted Obverse and a beautiful Brilliant reverse. Deep Black mirror on the Obverse and a real deep black mirror on the reverse. Good eye appeal, and very inexpensive, as we wait for the second coming of increases in Franklin Proofs, later in the year 2014.There is not one spot or any haze on this coin, especially for a year that is notorious with milk spots.Stock# 081914
