Blackmer, who exiled himself to Europe to avoid testifying in Teapot Dome oil scandals of mid 1920s, died at his home in Geneva, Switzerland, Friday at the age of 92. At left he's shown in a portrait about the time of the Teapot Dome scandals. At right Blackmer is shown in 1949. 1962 . Photo is 6� x 8� in size.
