1963 Mattel Vac U Form # 0422. This set comes in the original box with styrofoam insert. His has the Instruction book, Vac U Form machine , 3 blue 1 white 1 foil plastic squares and has most of the plastic molds with some extras. The molds are :: Deep Sea Cruiser ( 2 hulls only ) , Costume Jewelry Pin ( Seal ), Save it Box, Funny Faces, Sign Making Kit ( 2 bases 2 number/ letter kits, some missing ) . Log Cabin with extra roof, Super Speed Racer ( 4 chassis, 1 body , 1 set wheels F & R ). Disguise Set, Bubbles, Locket and Picture Frame ( 2 frames 1 Back ) , Delta Jet Fighter Plane ( 2 ) , All the molds are in great shape. The Vac U Form machine works great! I tried it out and it works as it should. Going by the instruction book this set is only missing a few parts, the boat tops, some letters and numbers. Sorry, no paypal or bank transfers.
