Made in Germany in 1978. Never used, carried or sharpened. Comes in original green and yellow plastic box with white cardboard cover sleeve, warranty card and original literature printed in Germany dated 1978. Inside the warranty card, t is a sheet of sharpening instructions dated 1977. Control # 12871 is stamped into lock release. From 1970 to 1985, the year the knife was made is in the 2 nd and 3 rd digits, reading right to left, in this case "78". Size : closed: 4"; blade: 3". Features : stag scales on handle, stainless steel lockblade, nickel silver bolsters, brass liners. Condition : Near mint. T are some very faint cleaning scratches on the bolsters. (You have to hold knife at angle and look hard to see them.) Markings : Tang stamp: "**** 745 Stainless". Reverse side: "Puma, Germany". Label on blade: "Blade Rockwell tested" (in German, English and French).
