The small marks you see are on the plastic mint issued capsule, not on the coin. While I'm not the original owner, this coin has been properly stored, (cool dark vault), and handled, (white cotton gloves), while I've owned it. Please Note: I make no consideration to the grade of the coin. I'm not a professional coin grader. What I can tell you is that this coin has never been used in circulation and is in brilliant, original condition.
