Four (4) Original Photographs of the 1906 Fairbanks Alaska GOLD Rush This is the Eighth of about 75 potential Ebay auctions to occur for the next two years at 4 photos per auction until our collection of 300+ Alaska Gold Rush ORIGINAL photos have been sold. I have had this collection for the past 3+ years and have now decided the manner of selling that best builds a customer base. We are not accepting offers to purchase more than just the individual week after week listings. Keep pace with ebay seller LEECOREEN in the future. Photo #1 - A Gold Miner from 1906 stands on an elevated wooden sleuce box Photo #2 - The face of the Gold Miner was originally blocked out to obscure identity. He is staring down at GOLD in the pans resting on small branches on top of a working sleuce box. Photo #3 - The man made hill of unwashed or unchecked or unsleuced material came to that hill location by a pulley system long ropes and a medium size bucket shovel. The hill in this case had the wooden sleuce box go thru the center at the base.((other photos coming)) Photo #4 - ska Bar undoubtedly is Alaska Bar on this downtown building. The location is either Fairbanks possibly Valdez Reached by horses and the Richardson Trail. (360 miles) Barnett (Founder of the city of Fairbanks) and his wife traveled to Valdez several times.
