Please Read: CAREFULLYI do combine shipping. Each additional is 1.00$. Thank you for your interest in my auction. This auction is for a Melted Drop from Gold PLATED computer pins.This item is NOT PLATED. It is NOT solid gold. Again, NOT SOLID GOLD. NOT PLATED. The gold is contained within the drop. Not just on the visable area of the drop, but within its core as well. I clean the tops of the drops only because gold is a bit heavier than the rest of the base metals, and if I clean the bottom of the drop, I am just taking gold away from the drop. So I DO NOT clean the bottom of the drops with a grinding stone anymore. I ONLY clean the top so you can see the true color of the metal. If you were to cut the drop in half with a saw, it would be the color, that I cleaned with the grinding stone, all of the way through the middle of the drop. Each pin melted was acid tested for at least 1 8k gold PLATING before it was added to the melt. This drop contains ALL the metal from the pins , not just the plating. THIS IS ONLY AN EXAMPLE . If there w as a 24 g (which these drops are not 14k ) drop that was 14k gold, out of that 24g, 14g would be 24k gold. With gold being over 50$ per gram, that would make the drop worth hundreds. If it were 10k, that would be 10g of 24k. Again, worth hundreds. Since they are not 14k, or 10k, or even 8kt, I can
