Birds, bamboo, flowers, Chinese boats this piece has it all. The manufacturer of this piece of Victorian art pottery is C.W. Turner & Son England Pattern name: Phileau Marked on the back side; C.W. Turner & Son, Phileau, Tunstall Color: Brown transferware Size: Approximately; 9 ½ inches across Condition is good No chips or cracks.
