Set #20535 consisting of Union Pacific Pony Express 21925, 21925-1, Union Pacfic Alco PA/PA Automatic Bell Ringer, and four Passenger Cars. They are 24837 Star Dust Combine, 24838 Dream Cloud Coach, 24839 Columbia River Vista Dome, and 24840 Moon Glow Observation Car. Marketed in 1959. Passenger cars have some scratches(SEE BELOW). Please look at the pictures . The Pony Express was one of the top three passenger sets that American Flyer made. These sets were set apart from all of the others because of the special paint schemes that were used. In this case the striking yellow and gray livery of the Union Pacific railroad was applied. This set was manufactured in 1959. It came with all of the optional extras: dual Pull-mor motors, a bell which rang as the engine moved slowly in or out of the station and four illuminated cars 21925 ONE SIDE HAS FADED LETTERS, PAINT TOUCH UP ON REAR LADDER, NOSE, LEFT SIDE TOUCHED UP 1/2" SCATCH. 21925- ONE SIDE-THE LETTERS ARE FADED, SMALL TOUCH UP PAINT OVER TOP OF RIGHT WINDOW SMALL TOUCHED UP SCRATCH ON LEFT SIDE AND TOUCH UP PAINT ON NUMBER DISPLAY. COLUMBIA RIVER 24839 WHITE TRANSPARENT SPOTS ON INSIDE OF VISTA DOME AND WINDOWS. STAR DUST 24837 TRANSPARENT LIGHT WHITE MARKINGS ON THE WINDOWS . SMALL CHIP NEAR BAGGAGE DOOR, SMALL STAIN ABOVE THE WORD DUST. NUMBER ON CELLO WINDOW NEAR DOOR IS
