You are bidding on grandfather’s old (Circa 1947) AMERICAN FLYER RAILROAD SCALE ILLUMINATED SEMAPHORE SIGNAL No. 761 for 3/16” train sets. It is in good condition as seen in the photographs. This hard-to-find semaphore represents one of the earliest forms of railroad signals. It visually delivers track information to the train conductor by displaying a colored light (green-orange-red) together with inclination of the pivoted arm. This is a very realistic semaphore which adds dramatic light and movement action to any railroad and can make a welcome gift to any American Flyer railroad set, train buff or collector. If you have questions please ask before bidding. Good luck and !
