18 inch Kestner? bisque turned-head on bisque shoulder-plate. Marked with script "G" top of back of head, and Made In Germany in script on lower shoulder-plate. Open mouth with over-sized fixed eyes, which have been reset with plaster. Kid body, with ball-jointed wood? arms and composition hands. Break in ankle has been rudimentally repaired, break behind one knee. No cracks or chips in head.Doll is dressed in a relatively recent dress, along with half slip and pantaloons. Stockings and newer shoes. From the estate and personal collection of Dian Zillner, author of numerous books on Dolls, Doll accessories, and Doll Houses.
