This auction is for a primitive antique hand turned wooden chop/dough bowl~ It came from an 1860's farmhouse sale in Southern Illinois--Amish country....... It displays the usual character marks commensurate with age and use. This is a handmade bowl and is not perfectly symmetrical..... It's a solid heavy bowl and weighs over 3 pounds--unpacked!! Displays well and would be great to use as it was meant for..... Measures~Approx. 4" H x 13" W--including the 1/2" rim.
