Rare antique Chinese late Qing / Ch'ing Dynasty mandarin's semi-formal summer gauze dragon robe ( Ji-Fu ), featuring standard layout of 9 5-claw dragons with cranes, bats and other auspicious symbols, horse-hoof cuffs, 5 pierced gilt-metal toggle buttons and golden brocade trims. Mostly un-lined except for boths cuffs. Late 19th to early 20th century. Condition: Excellent condition, signs of wear, small splits on sleeves along folding lines. Measurements: Cuff to cuff 238cm; armpit to armpit 58cm; collar to hem 137cm.
