This is a very old Chinese scroll with a painting on it. I think the painting is a lithograph of the original.The scroll is damask silk. If you look closely there is a 3D pattern in the silk, That is difficult to see in the photos.Not sure the age, but I think maybe the 1920's +/-.The scroll rollers are a hardwood.Nice scroll.
