Welcome to Douty Street Junction! We have recently purchased several estates and up for bid is one of the items. You are bidding on a very old antique set of eyeglasses spectacles. This came from the estate of Ione Shore from the Hanford/Lemoore, CA area. Ione died in the 1980's at age 101. According to the note with these spectacles (she had notes on EVERYTHING!!!) they belonged to her great great uncle and she dated them around 1800. Definitely old and in good overall condition for their age. They have adjustable arms that slide I assume having to do with fitting properly over the ears. They are silver in color, yet I do not see any type maker marks on them. Please feel free to ask any questions. CA residents pay 8.25% Sales Tax. Check out my other items !
