Early White Flax Homespun Linen Fabric Nightgown Mono E*S*D* - Germany early 1900's is a gorgeous, very antique, early linen flax fabric nightshirt with wonderful texture. It was loomed from early linen flax. Original Redwork monogram E S D by the neck opening of the shirt. Beautiful rick rack lace all around neck opening and on sleeves. Total length of the gown is 36", bust across front 23", sleeves 10 1/2". No holes or thinning in fabric. I carefully laundered and pressed this shirt and t are no stains whatsoever. All the seams have been handstitched. I have lived in a very rural part of Germany for the last 6 years and just love these great pieces of homespun. They are becoming more difficult to find all the time. I will be listing more of these great homespun pieces in the near future.
