Early White Flax Homespun Linen Fabric Nightgown - Germany early 1900's is a gorgeous, very antique, early linen flax fabric nightshirt with wonderful texture. It was loomed from early linen flax. Monogram M*S*. Length of sleeves is 9", bust across front 23 1/2", total length is 36 1/2". Age spot on front of shirt 1/3" and is located 12" from bottom seam, photo # 4. Two more age spots on back of shirt are more faded and smaller. No holes or thinning in fabric. I washed this nightshirt - it is ready to use. I have lived in a very rural part of Germany for the last 6 years and just love these great pieces of homespun. They are becoming more difficult to find all the time. I will be listing more of these great homespun pieces in the near future.
