I have some handmade tobacco baskets this one is very RARE 5 DIAMOND PATTERN ( this is the one you want if you want one a little different ,I have had over 500 baskets and only had 4 of these patterns) it has DEAN stamped on a Natural Wood Band on one side and LONDON Probably KY on the other side, with black corners and the number 4439 stamped in black on them.It may have some small places of missing slats or just splintered or broke, but other than that looks to be original. This baskets measure about 39X40X5.The openings you see on each corner are not broken places, that is the way they are made. I have many baskets that we just got off the farm that had been stored in the barn for many many years, their color is good not sun bleached they have just been pressured washed to clean some of the dirt off them. The rest is up to you, to stain, paint or leave as is.Please see pictures for exact condition, like I said I have a lot of these some in this condition other in good condition and other in very used condition, all around the same age, OLD.
