Pretty Victorian / Edwardian amethyst overlay cut glass scent bottle. The bottle is approx 7.5cm high and the the glass is in good condition generally but does have a few small chips to the edges around the lower part of the bottle and some nibbles to the edges. The lid is not hallmarked but tests for silver. The lid is hinged and this works well although the top has been dinted quite badly and there is a tiny hole where the damage is. The glass stopper is present but is jammed in place. It looks as though the bottle contains it's original contents but as stopper jammed am unable to remove to clean so item sold for display only.
