AUCHTERLONIE HAND MADE PUTTER. TOM AUCHTERLONIE (1879-1962). This hand made putter was purchased in 1991 in the AuchterlonieBrothers Golf Shop in St. Andrews. Their shop was located across the road from the 18th green of the Old Course. The putter has not been used.Tom Auchterlonie was brother to Lauren ce, David and Willie. All were famous for their hand made clubs. Their business moved to its present location on the corner of Golf Place and Ellie Place and operates as a retail store.
