Mate Knuckle Couplers. Please read the following prior to bidding. 1. The product in this auction is brand new. However, it has been removed from a set so t is no manufacturers box. It has never been used in any manner. We will pack it well for safe transportation. We are a factory authorized dealer for every item that we sell. 2. We do combine shipping. eBay users may accumulate items for up to ten days without paying for them. You do not have to contact us in order to do this. After 10 days please pay promptly through the eBay Check Out process w total postage will be calculated. If the items you buy qualify for our Five Star Shipping program you must request an invoice prior to paying in order to get the Five Star Shipping cost. 3. We do not hold any items once we receive a payment. Once an item is paid for it is no longer eligible for combined shipping so if you are still bidding on other items DO NOT pay for items individually. Thank you for your understanding. 4. We ship all items from Denton, Texas (just North of Dallas) by UPS or USPS within 2 days of receipt of payment. A street address is required for UPS delivery. We reserve the right to choose the method of shipping or to add signature delivery for domestic and international shipments. 5. The only address we will ship to is the address the buyer enters in the Paypal SHIP TO fields. If you send a separate e-mail with a different address or put the address in the Paypal notes section your payment will be refunded and you will need to send the payment again with the address in the proper place. 6. Every item that we have is shown on eBay and sold through the eBay system. We are not in a position to substitute items, take special orders, make special packages or make any off eBay deals. Road numbers for the models are as shown or stated in each auction. 7. We use the manufacturers descriptions in our auctions whenever possible. Paypal is our only method for accepting a credit card unless you are picking your items up in person. We do not accept credit card payments over the phone. 9. We utilize the eBay bulk feedback tool for sending feedback. Several times a week we send positive feedback in response to all positive feedback we receive. We have found that this is the best method available to ensure positive feedback to all of our customers once we know that they are satisfied with their purchases. 10. The best way to communicate with us is through email. We check email several times a day and respond as quickly as possible to all requests. 11. Customers may pick up items at our retail location in Denton, Texas. Accumulate your items and request an invoice. Once you receive an invoice we require 24 hours before you come to pick up your items. Warranties for repair, replacement and service are issued by and are the responsibility of the manufacturer. Please contact the manufacturer for any warranty issues. We do not test brand new items before sending them. 13. If you purchased an item from us and you want to return it please request written permission and the proper address for the return prior to sending it back.
