You are viewing a Baldt Anchor, Salesman's Sample that would have been gifted to a potential client/shipyard or marine store. Baldt Anchor is located in Chester, PA and is still manufacturing it's famous brand since 1901. This item is nickel plated and in excellent condition! Baldt is stamped on the anchor tang and Chester, PA stamped on the side. Dimensions are 3 3/4" length and 2 1/5 " width. Probably dates from the early 20th century and was a promotional or salesman's sample. Will make a great collectable or paperweight.Thanks for viewing and .
