Beatles Please Please 45 RPM picture disc. Disc is VG+ There are many interpretations of the grading system. The following system has been provided to give you an idea of how we grade and what criteria we base our grading decisions on. We tend to follow standard Goldmine grading. M (mint) - This would be an absolutely perfect record in every way. No cover flaws including, splits, ring wear, names written on cover, or stamps. Labels have to be free of spindle marks, initials, writing, or stamps. Vinyl should be free of any imperfection, including light paper scuffs, scratches, and even blisters that occur in factory pressing. Records should have full gloss. NM (also M-) (near mint or mint minus) - A near mint or mint minus LP should appear to have been opened for the first time. The records still have full gloss, no visible defects, labels are free of writing, stamps, stickers (non promo), etc. No spindle marks. No surface noise. Covers have no creases, seam splits of any kind, or ring wear. These grades are very strict but finding LP's from any era in these conditions can be very difficult which is why they demand top dollar. E (excellent) - This grade is sometimes not used or is identified as very good plus (VG+). We use this grade to identify those albums that tend to fall between NM and VG+. These albums are usually starting read more
