This is an authentic, original "Engraving & Printing" folder issued by the Bureau of Engraving and Printing. I may be wrong, but I believe this color tri-fold brochure was used as a generic note protector for currency items sold over the counter.This folder includes 21 four-note uncut panes of Series 1981 and 1981A $1 FRN notes.
