Hello..im selling an Old and Original Copy of the Underground Railroad, (1872), by Porter & Coates, printed in Phila. Pa. and written by WILLIAM STILL. It is illustated with 70 FINE ENGRAVINGS ( i show a couple), BASICALLY IT NARRATES THE HARDSHIPS, HAIR BREATH ESCAPES, AND DEATH STRUGGLES OF THE SLAVES, IN THEIR EFFORTS TO FREEDOM. the book is a record of facts, authentic narratives, and letters, as related by themselves, and others and witnessed by the author. the book has 780 pages. the condition is as follows. the inside pages all look good, no tears or bends; some yellowing on the edges, some etchings have transferred to the opposite page. the cover or binding has pulled away, it need to be re-glued, but everything appera to be t i was afraid to mess with it.
